Time off

Me and Mr BB, during our time in France, have been either busy working, or renovating, or resting from both of those...and have rarely enjoyed time together that we can use especially in the summertime, to just do nothing. This is the view from our riverside terrace, enjoying an afternoon drink in a local restaurant alongside the Charente river. We enjoyed this very much, that post lunch period where the afternoon sun, gentle pace were just perfect for just watching the ducks, swans, geese and canoes float by....I like a good abstract and liked the reflections, colours and textures in this shot.
