Cley Windmill
After tackling a couple of chores, then some last-minute packing, we set off for a few days in North Norfolk, staying at our favourite B&B, the Harnser at Cley next the Sea. (Harnser is the Norfolk word for heron, and there are pictures of herons throughout the property.)
We broke our journey in Sleaford, where we wandered round to stretch our legs, and watched the many trout (extra) in the River Sea as we walked.
The Bistro at the Harnser is closed on Tuesdays, so we ate at a hostelry at the other end of the village - it was 'pie night' much to MrM's delight. Time after that for a brief stroll on some of the paths over the marshes as the sun went down. From our room, we have a view of the windmill in the Blip.
