S carefully folds one hand over the other, so hiding her wedding ring. I don’t think this is deliberate! She has lovely tidy hands, like a vicar (a nice vicar). Lunch on a boat on the river Ore, shopping at Snape Maltings (The Snape of Joy, I say, I do love to go there). Nibbles back at theirs: S. hands over FIVE books she thinks I might like - and I very probably will, as we have similar reading tastes.
