WALKING

Today I did one of my longest walks since my ankle break last year.
# it started and finished at a pub!!
# went with my 2 LWL friends and conversation always flows well :)))
# The views across the South Downs were impressive even under a cloudy sky.
#The walk ended through a beautiful bluebell wood. The smell was lovely. I let Daisy off the lead and she had a great run around.
We had a fabulous lunch outside (although it did get a bit chilly)
#Daisy was exhausted!!!

A great achievement and a day with friends ..perfect.
