Pinkbells
After a pretty poor night again for both of us we were up early and off to the Eye clinic at Shrewsbury Hospital for Mr HB's appointment. He had the usual pressure tests for his Glaucoma, which were good, then the dreaded drops then seen by an Opthalmologist who found there was a small ulcer on the cornea of Mr HB's affected eye. A prescription of antiviral ointment to be administered 5 times a day for a week was given and a follow up appointment made for Tuesday next week.
When I took the prescription into our local chemist they said the eye Doctor hadn't completed the date properly and I would have to go to our Health Centre to see if they would rectify it, which one of the kind Doctors duly did. Then back to the chemist to join the long queue again. When it was my turn I was told they didn't have that medication, but they would order it and it might be in tomorrow.
Very glad Mr HB's Eye hasn't been seriously compromised by the Shingles and he definitely seems to be getting better, but it certainly seems to have been a long day.
Our Daffodils have finished but the blue, pink and white bells have taken their place and are looking very pretty.
