Lac Bleu, looking Green and Grey!

This is a wonderful one, of two, lakes above Chamonix and I would love to take you all there. It is not a difficult walk and, even though our weather was not perfect, the rugged, ice carved landscape reflected in the lakes will make it necessary to visit more than once.

Chris and David had just walked past this reflection of Mont Blanc in a smaller lake behind them.. You can see the whole of the Chamonix peaks from up here. We are so privileged to have these mountains just an 80 minute drive from home.
