Her Magnificence

I  ventured out of the house today, first to the docs who told me that my shoulder just needed rest and none weight bearing exercise.  So no swords, climbing, circuits or yoga for at least a week.  At least I haven't done anything serious to it.  After the docs, had a quick nip into work then have just been at the computer for th rest of the day.

Went into the garden to catch more flowers for a blip. The cats followed us out and here is Strid doing her best model pose.  She doesn't look like the mad old thing that she is. You wouldn't believe that she wakes up at half four every morning to sing us the song of her people for two hours.  I do love her.
