 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Monday586  (MM586)  -  hypericum berries in the sunshine.

What a difference a day makes (24 little hours ..... you know the song!!) - sunshine yesterday (chilly wind here though) dwindling in the evening.  Woke up early this morning to grey, mist, gloom and rain - and a lot cooler, down to 10C (approx 50F).
Hey ho - good for the garden.

I have had to bite the bullet and get both a knee and ankle support - falling down the stairs, before we went away, has really messed up my right knee (extremely painful) and I suspect I have achilles tendinopathy in my left heel ......... many, many years ago I snapped/ruptured the achilles tendon in my right lower calf (a plaster cast for eight weeks) - never known pain like it - and this feels like a very mild version of how I remember the pain.
At least I can put the hobbling down to injuries in both legs and not my advanced years.   Lol.
