A flyby shooting

After a first world problem about work this morning I knew I needed to take a walk. According to Google the total distance was 4.4 miles. Of course this was done in twice as long of time that most of you can do but...  Many little birds, three dozen cormorants, a few ducks, one goose and one heron. I primarily use two focus modes on my camera - spot fixed or tracking. I was using the spot fixed on the cormorants when this heron flew by... No chance to change the settings but still happy how this shot came out. After getting home, it was time for a nap...
