The playpark

Definately cooler today, grey skies with the occasional glimpse of the sun.
I drove to BT first thing for ARG to look at my car. He was home in bed unwell, so his wife booked the car in for Wednesday morning.
The usual routine back in CK.
I rang Jean. It was' nt convenient to garden this morning, so going tomorrow.
I cut more Hazel & willow to make a frame for George's clematis.
I gardened at Mum's for an hour & half. The green bin crammed so had to stop, then had a coffee while Mum did her colouring in. Made her lunch then headed home.
Had a blitz in our back garden this afternoon. I need a recycle centre trip to clear out some broken pots plus assorted rubbish.

The playpark has a good assortment of play equipment. Lucky children. It backs onto Mum's bungalow at the edge of the village & heath. How times of changed. When we were young we made camp up on the heath or played down the river.
