Shakshuka
First attempt at shakshuka. Very tasty - in fact a tad too hot for Bb, so I’ll reduce the cayenne pepper next time and the chilli powder. I did follow the recipe! There’s enough sauce left for another two dishes, maybe with chickpeas or something added.
Both worked during the day at our desks, interspersed with dinner prep and washing loads on the roof terrace.
Need to water our veggies on the roof terrace every day now. Fingers crossed that the spinach works this year. We haven’t had luck with it in previous years, but they’re looking good.
