Choir has been cancelled tonight, so I have finally cleared the work table so I can start on this costume . Time is ticking on and it is needed for the beginning of May for Steampunk fairy tales weekend at Butterly heritage railway !!
You can see the batting, material, lining and bias binding. Just hope I have enough material as I have been advised to cut a bid bigger to allow for shrinkage when quilting !
P S It is the longer tunic on the pattern. I hope to be Oberon king of the fairies, it's turned out as a bit if anyone to mecas I was the a fairy trade when serving in the RAF.
