A Good Day

A few months in the making a lovely morning in Salen supported by friends and colleagues.  We plan to run a few Raising Awareness days around the villages, today was a one off, to set up a small event on our own.  With a number of CP departments involved it was good to see the end result.  John is a volunteer and was a great pair of hands when setting up although all became amusing when a gust of wind threatened to blow the gazebo down the road.  We set it up out outside, no wind at that stage, quite eye catching to those passing. A family on holiday came to the rescue and all was well.

We arrived home feeling shattered, after a snooze it was back to sorting out the van, there is more to do tomorrow.
