Bread and Dripping

One of the big bonuses of roasting a small joint of Pork is how many meals it provides (for 2).  Last night's meal was excellent and the remainder of the joint will provide cold slices and maybe another hot meal (re-heated sices) - but the real bonus is a bowl of Pork Dripping. Known to both Mr MD and myself as 'Drip Breads' they are so very tasty and satisfying.
