Then and now . . .

Today we were persuaded to purchase an up-to-date areal photo of our house.  We did say that as we already had one we weren’t interested, so he gave us a 25% discount.  It wasn’t a lot by today’s prices.
 
The original is twenty years old, and shows it.  A few years of thrips have found a home there, and the print has somewhat faded.  We will probably scan it in and have a play with Photoshop/Affinity to se if it can be rejuvenated.  Now to find a place to hang the new one.
 
Haven’t done much today at all, compliments of the worse attack of hay fever that I have had in years.  I accidently took a second dose of antihistamine this afternoon, so I should sleep well, especially as what I meant to take was codeine.  The chest (inside) is very sore through the coughing.
