Back to Butterflies

This is a pretty butterfly sitting on the buddleia, which for the last 25+ years has had only white flowers on it, bizarrely this year it has thrown out two branches with purple flowers on them and I find that quite amazing.
Not feeling great today, I think I overdid it yesterday and have aggravated my fibro myalgia, as I have a horrible pain in my shoulder, up my neck and in my head and yes, I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself but I'm sure it will pass soon :-)
