Speckled Wood

Sunshine to start the week, after some much needed rain yesterday afternoon which was lovely!

Spot of food shopping this morning and then a wander at the nature reserve to look for Cuckoos and Nightingales that are apparently back - of course we saw or heard nothing from them! But lots of chiffchaffs and whitethroats were singing, and also nice to see lots of Speckled Wood butterflies flittering about the wooded areas!
