The Colour of Light……

…… Early this morning near the Beaver Road Footbridge. The almost rainbow array of colours was breathtaking. It is such a privilege to be fit and well enough to rise very early to capture such magic moments.
The day has been filled with family activities. Duncan, assisted by Ellen, was sorting some of his furniture and gear that has been stored in my garage. Luckily their van has plenty of space in which to transport lots and lots of stuff.They departed for Nelson mid afternoon. Soon afterwards Hannah and Alex arrived from Christchurch. They had detoured to Hanmer for a night. There, they visited the famous hot springs swimming complex. Kevin the cat was pleased to see them when they arrived back here.
