I squeezed plenty into thr day including a garden centre/food market trip.witj MrRIU, laundry, gardening,.a.swim and a visit to pa.  I even managed to catch a bit on the F1 on tv.

Several of the bobbers, like me, manage Raynauds. Fiona had forgotten to take her pill today and was particularly yellow.
