Snakes Head Fritillary

These often struggle but the weeks of sunshine has helped. They are thriving in the south facing patch of front garden.
I went to bed early and got up at 7. It takes a little while to get ready for cycling. I cycled round to Ss for 9. We did our first Guild Wheel together, about 30 miles. It took us a while :-) as we talked a lot at the stops. It went better than a couple of weeks ago, having company definitely helped. I’m tired again this evening but I’ve done a few chores. W is back tomorrow night.
