New Forest expedition

Yup more cycling… Lou and I headed off to a sportive in the New Forest today

It’s such a beautiful place … wouldn’t mind living there if can find £1m knocking around lol

We did the mid distance ride 60miles with 1000ft of elevation.. Lou has been getting much stronger the last year and found it pretty easy.. previously would have been a serious challenge.. isle of wight Randonnee in a couple of weeks… this was a good warm up for that.

Back home for some more lounge DIY .. rest … nah…. Too busy
