Making good progress.

While I was in the gym this morning, I developed a migraine. I  rushed out to take a Migraleve, and within about fifteen minutes it had gone, thank goodness. I was well enough to go for a coffee, with Cath, Anne, Dennis and his wife. I think Dennis felt like the odd one out, because he said, I will be glad when John gets back (he has gone on holiday)  J met me, and while I was out, his friend had phoned him to ask him to go back to Magor to collect motorbike they went to see yesterday, so I am having a quiet afternoon, although I will be glad when  he gets back home. I took a photo of the Wellness Centre on my way to meet J.  As you can see, it's coming on in leaps and bounds.
