Jungle Snooze

It was a sluggish Sunday morning for me. With our family horde staying this weekend, I found myself sleeping in Monty’s garden room last night. I discovered that his bed has the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on, and I got the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I did not wake till half past eight—unheard of for me. I’ve been a bit lurgified over the last few days and had to pass on a 13k coastal walk with the Ninjas this morning, which was a real shame. It has been nice to potter about at home with most of the family here, though. It’s a beautiful sunny day again, despite previous forecasts of rain. I found Little Ed snoozing in one of the flower beds and decided this would make an excellent shot for today’s blip.
