Golden Hour

We try and walk up here once a day it’s a very short half hour walk but has some intense steps (62) which is great for cardio and improving the lung capacity. I never stop on it but am breathing like a puggy by the top!

Went into town myself this morning and bumped into Tom one of the guys from the camera club who I met probably about 10 years ago. We went into Bau Bau and each had a croissant and coffee. He’s 73 and had some health issues which the GP couldn’t get to the bottom of . Anyway, he decided to attend a physio who he said has changed his fitness! When he went she told him I’m not interested in what you can’t do I want to find out what you can and they took it from there with exercises etc. he says he feels transformed . So now he wants to join a gym to keep this level up. Good for him!!

I walked home after getting some bits and pieces and yes, more gardening.
