View from Ben Vane

Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond from half way down Ben Vane. This one was a bit more of a struggle than I expected -- very steep and we forgot the porridge-eating preparation before we left...! Very damp on the way up, then the clouds cleared for a bit and the sun came out. Another hill with a rainbow at the top and lovely views. Another very late night supper... with hugs and laughter from random strangers in the queue at the fish 'n' chip shop. We're home.
