Revolving Renovations

Or so the chap scratching his head told me! I think that this is a 1951 Healey Silverstone. But I can’t be certain. Apparently, this chap (scratching his head) had taken it out for a spin of 50 miles to so, paused at Suffolk Yacht Harbour and then it wouldn’t start ……. A bit later he had gone so presumably he was, eventually, successful.
