Busy Day

Up to mum and dad today, I helped mum with sorting out material for patchwork. Some of it was items I wore as a child so she’s obviously been collecting for a while! After lunch Dad and I got on with filling his raised bed. I lined it with weed suppressant and enviromesh ( which should prevent slugs getting in from underneath). We then used his compost, leaf mould from my brother’s garden and several bags of compost.
The snake’s head fritillaries are growing in a wild bit of their garden.
