Having the time of your life

Really good day today 

Si was up and about at 7... I lay for another hour dozing and then reading 

By nine we were in the supermarket and had a walk around the town after 

After getting the shopping we headed to the allotment. Wow I was so impressed with all the work Si has done this week... Posts replaced, potatoes planted and all the ground beneath the fruit trees dug over and weeded.

He lay black stuff down (compostable covering)  and together we put up the fruit cage to protect them 

Strawberries which I replanted all looking favlb.

I weeded the asparagus bed and rescued my first two asparagus took them home and cooked them 

We pootled around the garden reporting and watering sweetcorn and succulents... 

Then we settled down for the evening. 

Very contented day
