Foodie Saturday

This dish is very simple, but oh so good.
All in one pot,very easy and very delicious.

The weather forecast says heavy rain tomorrow, so I took the nice sunshine today and went out to te small wood area near one of the lakes where I know there is a rather spacious patch of wild garlic growing. A batch of delicious garlic butter is therefore secured and will be consumed heavily during the long Easter weekend
