Steaming round the bend
I parked at Weybourne beach this morning and then walked along the cliff top until I reached this bridge. I spotted the first swallows, and there were lots of skylarks flying around and a very large flock of sand martins. Lovely and warm; I'd worn my gilet but it turned out I was overdressed.
I'd timed my walk to arrive at the bridge in time to catch the 11.35am departure from Sheringham to Holt going underneath. On arrival I got talking to a couple on mountain bikes who were on holiday here and when they realised there was a train due they hung around to see it. A few other walkers came by and asked if there was a train due; by the time it arrived there was about 18 of us on the bridge to see it!
