Dreamy Blues and Tulip Festival, Morges

Oh my goodness, what beauty to behold along the lake in Morges to visit the annual Tilp Festival!

I went with my friend Danièle and the breathtaking views over the water and the colourful beds of tulips really did take our breath away!

I was going to put the tulip collage (I'm in the centre!) as the main shot, but you may just prefer to immerse yourself in the magical and dreamy views of the lakeside first!  The top shot shows the lovely outline of the mountains and that little sailing boat. The middle part shows the iconic Mont Blanc mountain in the dip. The lower image shows those scintillating sparkles on the lake.  The shade and intensity of the blues is a little different as I was pointing my camera to different areas across the lake, so the lighting was not the same.

Extra:
Only some of the thousands of tulips we saw! I think you can guess that I favour the orange blooms, or yellow with a touch of orange or red!
