Started the day by wrestling two large fatsia plants out of their pots. They had grown too big and get too much sun so the leaves have turned a yellowish colour. I eventually got them out and wrapped them in dust sheets to take to J’s. He then phoned up to say he had come out of his physio appointment so I drove over to his house. He’s been given some exercises and told to not do too much bending so we just planted the plants I had taken over and repotted a house plant. He’s decided to get a gardener in for a day to do what should have been by now. Good idea I think. Went in the shower when I got home and then just relaxed as my wrist and hand were aching. Did the weekend food shop later and collected the m and s Foodbank donation in the evening. Lovely sunset on the way there!
