Single Fritillarly

My shoulder was pretty painful today - definitley pulled something in it!  We had a wander to tesco at lunch for some deep heat and that seems to have helped.  Loved having a proper camera back and blipped the lone fritillary which I think sneaked in with some of the donated plants from the lovely neighbours.  The beautiful weather continues, P cut the grass moss and we just spent a while chilling out in the sunshine after I finished work. Good times.
