Craning in at the harbour

Well, we timed this well! After one of the smoothest ferry journeys down to Aberdeen, we arrived down in the East Neuk of Fife in time for a late breakfast and the lifting in of the boats in the harbour. In the sunshine. Mike was down there like a shot! It was fascinating to watch and a bit nerve-racking too! 

Lovely to be back. Lots of catching up with S. Her garden is full of flowers, all a bit further on than ours and a magnificent cherry tree in full blossom. Later a visit to where she used to live and a walk in the trees for Lottie.
