Hole Day
My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,
I made a kadai for myself and a korma for Caro last night.
To be honest, it was a bit much. I also made naan and rice and was quite tired by the time it was all ready. I think I'll make the curries on two separate nights and reheat one of them next time.
But on the other hand, I am having fun.
And the curries themselves seem to be a success. Measured in terms of cats, definitely a success.
Punky ignored mine of course, it was too spicy for him. But as Caro's korma had zero chili in it, he was VERY interested. It took poor Caro ages to start her dinner because he was begging for piece after piece of chicken.
Fortunately, I was very generous with her chicken, so she could spare him plenty. Finally, he was done and went off upstairs for a wash and a sleep.
Then Crashy showed up.
"Hi! I like chicken curry!" he said.
"Eff's sake," said Caro.
There was so much food on Friday night that we got to have it again today. Punky also had seconds. Other than that, Caro and I have had a lovely day of not very much.
Caro deserved it. She has been very busy lately. As for me, I feel like I haven't spent enough time with her recently.
"I just want to sit on my b*mhole this weekend," Caro told me.
"Yay!" I replied. "I love b*mhole time with my wife!" I replied.
We both thought about this for a second or two.
"You might not want to say things like that in front of our friends," observed Caro.
She makes a good point. I definitely won't be putting it in blog entries either.
