Farewell to Rory

We had a farewell dinner for Rory at the Ivy Club where I have a slightly under used membership.  As I weaved my way from my hair appointment to the club I thought I should have gone somewhere more exciting but once we were inside it was so peaceful that made it easy to talk and catch up. 

I was on calls this morning but I knocked off in the afternoon and went up to London and had my hair done. 

Rory leaves on Monday for seven months filming in Guadeloupe.   He gets a break in August but is effectively out there until November.   I am planning to go and visit in September.  

Another gorgeous Spring day…it got to be quite warm this afternoon.
