Chickens

My near neighbours C and R have headed off for a few days and I am in charge of the 4 new chickens which I am going to enjoy. 

I popped round about 7.30 to shut them up for the night but it was a lovely evening and they were in no mood so I gave some meal worms and they continued to scratch around as chickens do. 

When I went back later the 2 Pekin bantams  and one of the Sikies had climbed the ladder but poor Tulip hasn’t learned how to do it so I had to lift her up just as I had been told. !
