SAFE!

High school softball.  This was a pick off attempt at 1st base...the runner in the white top made it back safe as she hit the bag before the throw from the opposing catcher got to the 1st baseman...yes, even the girls are called 1st basemen in softball at least for the time being until someone in the government gets uptight about it. I'm not holding my breath.

The Home Team (white shirts) lost this one 17-3.  They were clearly outmatched.  The black shirts had a helluva pitcher.
