Change Vs. No change

       Idea formed - thus - It started like this.  Since then - a great change.  Most recent - looked like this; which is both, greatly altered since first, and more recent than I'd remembered.

       Like "one of me" mentioned recently, The Fire Service also had some "Annual Tests" - nSO - If I remember correctly I'll try an annual Youngii test?
