My birthday!

I spent my 73rd birthday out west, first time in so long that we've all been together on my birthday.  We had a leisurely coffee and visit, then the girls went back to Bronwyn's house to get Brighson and I had the rest of the day to myself.

Krystel, a good friend of Bronwyn's, and I have become friends over the past many years, she is lovely and is a massage therapist.  She gifted me a treatment for my birthday.  So she arrived at 2pm to drive me to her place, only 5 minutes away, and she did a cranial-sacrum treatment on me.  Wow, i've had many regular massages but this was something so different.   Energy healing - i have always been a bit skeptical about these modalities...but now that i have had actual experience i'm a believer!  It was like nothing else i've ever had....almost like being in an altered state, in a really good and restful way.    Whatever Krystel did she somehow made a bit of a difference to my knee and back, i could feel myself walking in a very different way, more balanced.  anyway, it was amazing.

Then home to the rest of them and here is Brighson giving me the birthday card he made!   We had a lovely visit, and we did some more painting, he really loves it.   I think i'm a bit of a bad influence, see extra!
