Day 9.

Today we visited the harrowing Hiroshima atomic bomb memorial. This was a quote from a memoir from a little girl whose little brother was killed that day. Our trip to Hiroshima coincidentally turned out to be the day before the 68th anniversary of the bombing. It was a very poignant but also pretty disturbing experience. However, definitely worth a visit if you're ever in the area.
