Palace

It was a damp, grey day in Warsaw. 

It limited my ambitions. Staying dry was a priority. At lunchtime I took a tram into the city centre from my hotel in the Prag district (just east of the river) to find food and a few steps. 

Needless to say I ended up in an area I remembered from all those years ago, close to the Palace of Culture and Science. I Blipped it. A real throwback to the Communist era but a real landmark too.

In the afternoon I took a train northwards again. The Extra is what I found while out on my post-dinner walk.
