New life on the moors

Early walk with the dogs, followed by a run up onto the moors. Last week I didn't see any lambs up on the moor, but today there were quite a few. Mum wasn't very happy when I took this photo, stamping her foot and walking baby away. Managed to run 5.5 miles, injuries are healing nicely now, managed to eat some toast this morning without too much pain in my tempo mandibular joint and the right knee only twinged a bit running down hill, the left wrist is still surprisingly painful (I wasn't even aware of hurting it until I drove home after the race last weekend).
After a couple of pints of water and a shower we went to Cardinham to meet my friend and her dogs for a walk, followed by a coffee and a chat.
