And some other flowers (I am not an expert, as you might have gathered). All looking particularly fine in the afternoon sunshine. A much less strenuous day today, mainly due to me still feeling crap from this cold I’ve come down with. I went to meet Stu for a coffee in Barrow this morning, but haven’t felt like doing anything else for the rest of the day.
Making the most of the sunshine though as the forecast is for cloudier weather from tomorrow.
The photo is quite heavily cropped so that you can’t see any of our scruffy looking lawn. I probably should give it a first cut but it hadn’t really grown much until this week. I wonder if I could get away with leaving it another couple of weeks, because then we’ll be into “No Mow May” and I could legitimately therefore not cut the lawn until June. Though I might need a scythe, rather than a lawnmower, by then…
