Dog head train

This train isn’t a usual one in our area anymore. They were called dog heads, or monkey heads. Until 1996 they were the normal yellow Dutch trains, but after 1996 they were replaced. Not sure why this one was on the track here today, but it looks like a commercial company is going to use them, apart from the Dutch railway company.
