Pulsatilla vulgaris

Another sunny day, but some rain expected over the weekend. I know my garden is desperate for it.

Aerobics class this morning which was pretty full on using a core balance ball. I was very pleased that my fitness level for my age was well above the target. Long may that continue. By the end of class I think we were all feeling we had exercised hard.

After class, out to lunch with some of the ladies to celebrate a birthday. We went to the local garden centre cafe, and enjoyed lunch and a rest. I then hit the supermarket so shopping done. Now enjoying a G&T while typing this ;-)
