Looking sad now…

without its roof and upper walls, the old fishing bothy stands on the shoreline. Had a good walk with the strong wind against me on the return journey! However, the birdlife made up for things. Lots of Linnets, Goldfinches and Chiffchaffs in the plentiful Gorse, Shelduck, Herons and Geese on the marshes, a pair of Mute Swans on the Firth , the first Reed Bunting of the year and two SWALLOWS!! Hurray! If anyone’s interested my geotag is the real Balconie Point and not where Google shows it!
