Falling in love with basil again

There was a time when basil was everywhere and in everything. 

Around 10 years ago I stopped using it. Then last weekend I smelled this amazing bunch of leaves at the farm shop in Buntingford.

Kept in water in the fridge it's the gift that keeps giving :-)
