still not a lot of progress and hardly  any energy….when i’m laying a bit flat with 2 thick pillows i wake up. gasping for air….
Anyway i making ghe best of it i opened the blinds and saw the moon so low and bright…..that was a real blessing…and putting the best ones together i had my blip too….it was 04.38
