More plants!

Two deliveries of assorted plants today - one to the door, the other had to be fetched from a pick up point. 

I had a flute group rehearsal in the morning - I was a bit late, because I got about 10 minutes down the road before realising I'd set off without my phone (which these days I tend to use as a wallet as well as a phone, so I couldn't really cope without it).

After a lovely rehearsal, I walked down into the town centre, had lunch, and then spent a quiet couple of hours sewing, and chatting to the craft shop manager.

Then I walked back to the car, buying a few bits on the way, before some supermarket shopping, and a drive to the pick up point for my plant parcel.

It was after 6 before I got home.  I unpacked the plants, which are all in reasonably good condition - I was concerned they might have dried out en route.

I enjoyed a gin, and then dinner - W had made a lovely fish dish with macaroni.  I didn't get around to taking a photo until it was nearly dark!

Having recently watched (and angsted over) Adolescence, we wanted a more relaxing evening, so we watched a light hearted film.
